About the farm

A small oyster farm on the Clyde

We are a new farm, and we're new to the farming industry. We're excited to showcase our amazing fresh produce, straight out of the pristine waters of the Clyde River at the foothills of the Clyde Mountain.

Why eat oysters

Good for you, good for the river

Good for you

Oysters are low in calories and a good source of protein. They're also rich in zinc, vitamin B12 and iron, and contain omega-3s. That's a lot of goodness in a few mouthfuls.

Good for the estuary

Oysters feed by filtering the water around them, so they help keep the estuary clean as they grow. They need no feed or fertiliser, and oyster racks give shelter to fish and other marine life.

Fresh from the Clyde

Our oysters come straight from the Clyde River at Batemans Bay. They're fresh, local and grown right here on the NSW South Coast.
